No, it is not. Huddles and Runs can be customized by the Project Leader with a simple yes/no choice to determine:

Visibility - Who sees the participant’s answers to the Run or the feedback shared in the Huddle? Will it be private to the Project Leader or visible to all participants?
Confidentiality - Will the feedback shared during a Huddle display to recipients with a name or as “anonymous”.
