Role of Project Leader in creating a project.

Can participants register as soon as you publish a project?
There are two choices here.  First, participants can register prior to the project start date.  The other option is prior to the date of your choosing.

Does the project leader get to choose if there’s a group chat attached to the component?
Yes they do.  We recommend that you do add the group chat option.  This gives everyone involved in the project one more way to stay socially connected.
